Free willi represents the beginning of a new journey. My career started in the 80’s in the springs and pressing industry with a focus towards white goods & automotive. The industrial variety of those early years and a degree in mechanical & production engineering gave me a foundation. Working for some industry giants both in leadership skills and conglomerates. I learnt my trade from the ground up.

Finally i bought a small company and set about turning that into a multi-national corporate. My passion for design, detail & people was an infectious combination that created one of the worlds most highly recognised products that touches many industries and humanity on a daily basis.During this cycle i became involved with the private equity world and finally plotted my own exit.

Free willi was then born. At that moment i decided that the learning curve of creating globally successful companies do’s and don’ts was too important to be lost. The secrets to successful growth & exit was knowledge that i have felt compelled to share.

After leaving hertfordshire university with a bachelor of honours in software systems, art & media, I spent 15 years in telecommunications and technology centred towards software solutions and media.

This period of working with huge corporations & leading successful teams helped me build my values.

At my core the ability to develop a clear vision, gritty determination, empathy & creativity for my partners and customers.

Strength in leadership of teams in both sales & marketing and a track record of achieving multiples of year on year revenue and valuation.

Now using those skills transforming organisations with free willi solutions with a bias towards growth & sales expansion.
